About the Role: 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Automation Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, automation frameworks, and experience working with APIs. Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and workflow optimisation is highly desirable, as you will be working on innovative automation solutions leveraging AI and ML technologies.

This role provides an opportunity to solve complex problems, design intelligent automation workflows, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-driven systems.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to address automation needs.
• Develop and implement AI-driven workflows using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Analyse large datasets to identify automation opportunities and integrate AI models into existing systems.
• Build and optimise custom AI applications, such as chatbots, NLP systems, and predictive analytics tools.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks across departments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and manage infrastructure.
• Build and integrate APIs for seamless communication between systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
• Continuously monitor the performance of AI models and automation workflows, ensuring reliability and making improvements as needed.

Key Skills & Qualities:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or automation development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data preprocessing techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Expertise in API development and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable solutions.
