Zilliant is looking for a FP&A  Analyst to join our Finance Team, a critical and strategic role that elevates the organization with analytical modeling and financial analysis.  As an FP&A Analyst, you will provide financial insights, projections, and reliable data to be used in decision-making and planning.  You’ll work closely with accounting and business teams and report directly to the Director – Financial Planning & Analysis. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Coordinate with various functional areas of the business to provide key operating metrics (KPIs) and other performance measurements to facilitate timely and effective business decisions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as appropriate.  
  • Assist with the development of periodic financial forecasts for review with executive management and the Board of Directors.  
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process, including development, documentation, training, timetables, and presentations.  
  • Analyzes all aspects of P&L including revenue, bookings, and margin results as well as operating expenses for payroll, variable commission and bonus compensation, and all other operating expenses. Provides this analytical support on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc basis.  
  • Assis with the development and enhancement of the financial planning system (Vena Solutions). 
  • Assist with the development and management of sales compensation plans.

  • A strong relationship builder who can work effectively with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization, including executive and group leadership.  
  • Knowledgeable of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Zilliant to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.  

What You’ll Need: 

  • 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles focused on forecasting, planning, and analysis. Knowledge of software and/or a SaaS business model is required.  
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge with some knowledge of Business Intelligence Systems (Power BI, Tableau, SQL), as well as other ERP (NetSuite) and CRM systems (Salesforce). 
  • Advanced modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis abilities.  
  • Deep knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.   
  • Full understanding of complete P&L and Balance sheet as well as Cash flow statement.  
  • Experience with databases, Financial Planning tools (Vena Solutions).
