About the Team:
The Marketing & Sales Development Operations team is part of the Marketing organization and is responsible for enabling our revenue engine to outperform, bring operational thought leadership for a strategic focus, build scalable processes and infrastructure to drive efficiency and bring operational excellence, and provide sustainable technology solutions to keep pace with rapid growth of the business.
This team member will have responsibility for continuously monitoring and measuring, providing analysis, and optimizing program performance. As a supporting member of the Sales Development team, the candidate will be the key liaison to the Global Marketing & Sales Development Operations team and an internal advocate for operational needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Key responsibilities include:Sales Development Process Optimization:
Analyze and refine existing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with sales development leaders to identify and address bottlenecks.
Tool Management:
Administer sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong Engage, and other prospecting platforms. Ensure proper integration and alignment between tools used by the Sales Development team.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of CRM and other databases. Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide visibility into team performance, pipeline health, and key metrics. Provide actionable insights through data analysis to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with Sales Development, Marketing leadership, and Operations teams to align on goals and initiatives.Support the Sales Development team by providing real-time data and recommendations.Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in Operations or a similar role.Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Gong Engage, Outreach or SalesLoft.Experience with 6sense, LeadIQ, or Apollo a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.Familiarity with B2B sales processes and KPIs.#LI-OS1

This role is remote in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.

JumpCloud® has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
