We are looking for a Cloud Gaming Support Engineer who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative to join our team at Xsolla. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to ensure the quality and smooth operation of cloud gaming solutions while supporting partners and onboarding new games.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills, cloud server expertise, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with experience in cloud gaming systems and related technologies. The ability to analyze complex technical challenges and communicate solutions effectively will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure the quality and performance of cloud gaming solutions for demos and partner launches.
  • Support the onboarding process for partners and their games, ensuring seamless integration with Xsolla's systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to cloud servers, network configurations, and other relevant services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance the overall partner and user experience.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain uptime and performance standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging cloud gaming technologies to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in cloud gaming support or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting cloud servers and associated services.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including latency, bandwidth, and connectivity optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work effectively with partners and internal teams.

  • PREFERRED
  • Experience with game development workflows or tools.
  • Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
  • Previous experience supporting live services in the gaming or tech industries
