Accounting Tutor/Trainer

A UK-based client is seeking a dedicated Accounting Tutor/Trainer (Female only) to assist trainees in mastering practical accounting skills. This role involves providing personalized guidance through one-on-one tutoring sessions, designing tailored lesson plans, reviewing assignments, and delivering constructive feedback. The primary goal is to ensure student success and help them achieve their learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions for trainees, catering to their individual needs.
• Design and deliver customized lesson plans to align with trainees' skill levels and goals.
• Review and assess assignments to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• A professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or AAT, or a degree in MBA or BBA Finance.
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is not required, as training will be provided.
• Strong foundation in accounting concepts and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with trainees of varying skill levels and learning styles.

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
• Work Hours: 9:30 AM 5:30 PM (UK Time), 5 days per week.
• Location: Fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home.
