Job description

Our company is seeking a highly strategic and experienced individual to join our leadership team as the Country Director. This pivotal role involves steering the growth and operations of our organisation within the assigned country, ensuring alignment with our global goals. Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building, guiding prospects through the sales process.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline by engaging in focused activities and crafting tailored, consultative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Build strong client relationships, serving as a product expert to confidently present the company's offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into customers and develop sales materials to support the process.
  • Create profitable commercial proposals and provide regular updates on sales progress and performance.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events, delivering product demonstrations both in person and remotely.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to drive initiatives aimed at acquiring new business.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese at an advanced level (C1) and English at an upper-intermediate level (B2), both written and spoken.
  • An extensive network of C-level contacts within the gaming or gambling industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or commercial B2C roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional or global sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Self-driven with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Results-focused, hands-on approach, with a strong orientation toward financial performance.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
