    About our Team:

    • We are a fast paced payroll team, within Sage delivering first class customer service to our employees.
    • We play an integral role in our employees lifecycle and guide them through all of their payroll and benefits from cradle to grave.
    • We work within the People and Culture team but have very strong relationships with our finance teams globally.

Could you be our new Payroll & Benefits Specialist?

  • We are looking for a hardworking, self-starter who is proactive in their approach to work.
  • They must be able to work on their own initiative with a good prioritization ethic.
  • A good standard of payroll knowledge is required for this role and candidates must be able to manually calculate as and when necessary.
  • A positive mindset is imperative.

Your new role will require:

  • Manage large and international payrolls with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Stay up to date with the latest payroll and pension regulations, consistently adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Work independently and proactively to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Apply your expertise in pension platforms, specifically Aviva, to efficiently manage employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine payroll requirements and successfully implement process improvements.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.
  • Generate accurate reports and analysis related to payroll and benefits.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes and systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
