The Job in a Nutshell💡

The Director of Planning is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the strategic initiatives of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align the company’s vision and mission with actionable strategies to achieve long-term goals. The Director will collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure the organization's growth and success.

What You Will Do ❓

• Strategic Planning: Develop and lead the company’s strategic planning process, including setting short-term and long-term goals, identifying opportunities, and addressing challenges.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth and profitability.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of strategic plans with operational objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the organization’s strategy and develop mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.

What Are We Looking For❓

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning tools.
