Job description

Crossfuze is building a best-in-class SDR function and is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the team. In this critical role, you’ll drive lead generation through both inbound and outbound channels, building a robust sales pipeline. Reporting directly to our SDR Manager, you’ll play a key part in shaping and defining the future of our SDR team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Target prospective customers through networking, referrals, social media, phone calls, and emails to generate and qualify new sales leads (SQLs)
  • Engage with prospects across multiple sectors and geographies, introducing the value Crossfuze provides
  • Proactively follow up on inbound and “warm” leads generated through marketing efforts
  • Schedule and coordinate Discovery meetings between qualified leads and Sales Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition into the Sales Pipeline
  • Nurture prospects until they reach a pre-defined level of qualified interest
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Sales/Sales Development experience
  • Proven track record as a top performer in previous roles
  • Experience with technical solution sales
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Humble confidence and self-motivation with a drive to achieve goals and targets

Compensation Range

  • The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $55,000 annually plus commissions. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation rate for a potential new employee including years of experience, training and education, geographic location, and other factors.
