About the Role

As a Technical Consultant at Enboarder, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative technical solutions tailored to meet our clients' unique challenges. You will leverage your technical expertise to design, implement, and optimize processes and integrations in the HR Technology ecosystem. Your role will emphasize building trusted client relationships while driving successful outcomes through exceptional solution design, project leadership, and technical guidance and mentoring.

This role will need to be able to work UK business hours (8.30am - 5.30pm UTC).

Key Responsibilities

Lead design workshops to translate client needs into scalable, maintainable solutions, including design documentation.
Architect and implement technical workflows and integrations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.

Manage and oversee the delivery of multiple customer engagements at any given time, balancing resource allocation and timelines with customer requirements.
Ensure technical project success through regular progress assessments, quality assurance, and risk mitigation strategies.

Serve as the primary technical liaison, addressing escalations and fostering collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams to empower them with effective use of implemented solutions.

Drive process improvements, contribute to thought leadership, and share best practices through internal initiatives and customer community contributions.
Mentor junior team members, fostering technical growth and maintaining a high standard of delivery excellence.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

5+ years experience working in a technical capacity for a SaaS company, ideally in the HR Technology space.
A strong understanding of the HR Technology landscape, with experience implementing HRIS and ATS solutions. Experience with Workday is highly regarded.
Confidence in understanding Rest APIs, and building JSON payloads, with experience using Postman desired.
Confidence in understanding and configuring SAML SSO

Strong experience in end-to-end project management, from requirements gathering to delivery.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven experience mentoring or leading technical teams in dynamic, client-facing environments.
