Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, agile HR team, where you’ll not only manage the recruitment process but also collaborate on various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to sourcing and hiring top talent, while also shaping the external image of our organization as an employer of choice.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment process across all departments, from initial candidate sourcing to final offer, ensuring alignment with company hiring goals.
  • Utilize Greenhouse to track candidate progress, manage communication, and streamline workflows.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job postings, and align recruitment strategies to meet department goals.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear, consistent communication and timely feedback.
  • Leverage data and analytics through Greenhouse to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Implement inclusive recruitment practices and source candidates from diverse backgrounds to contribute to a rich company culture.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen our employer brand by creating compelling content, managing career page updates, and partner with marketing on talent marketing campaigns on social media.
  • Hone your HR skills by cross-training in support of employee culture, onboarding, and payroll backup.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, in a corporate environment.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting.
  • Strong background in employment branding, with experience in managing social media, content creation, and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external candidates.
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven mindset to measure recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements.

This a remote position with minimal travel.

Preference to candidates who live in Eastern or Central time zone.
