WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior, Douyin Site Merch, base in Shanghai.
This role will report to Director, Douyin, GC, managing Nike’s Douyin Contents and Journey. The candidate needs to have passion in and solid experience for eCommerce or Social. Sportswear and retail industry experience will be a plus.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will work with Director, Douyin, GC to manager user journey of NIKE at least four DY stores. Support the business by optimizing contents and user journey.
Your key responsibilities as below
Contents Management:
You will work with the team leader, a few X-function team and external vendors on daily basis to optimize DY stores contents, including but not limited to short form video, store wireframe, PDP, DY mini-program and etc. Tracking performance data and keep improve journey to drive business efficiency.
Site Merch & User Journey Optimize
Besides UIUX optimization, you are also responsible for site VM to provide best products journey and help different users to find their own NIKE products in the most efficient way. Good knowledge about pre-filter, navigation and top-lists is also important to this role. Understand NIKE products is highly preferred.
Read & React:
Monitor performance at regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and drive business improvement initiatives.
Other COE and Strategy related work
Support director with Douyin strategy and other COE related work as briefed.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work closely with DY internal team, X-function team including marketing, merch, insight team, assets team etc., and external vendors.
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years work experience in China e-commerce industry, digital marketing background is also welcomed.
At least 2 years direct work experience in social commerce business management role
Direct experience in sportswear industry is a plus
Paid media or campaign experience is a plus
Bachelors degree and above
Experienced in working with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chines
