We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow the Industrial Circuit Protection (ICP) Business across the EMEA region. This position will oversee strategic and operational aspects, combining responsibilities of regional Product Management and Business Development to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion.  The ideal candidate will bring a customer-focused approach to leadership with deep expertise in industrial markets and will be happy to work independently and build a team in Europe.

About the Job:
  • Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for Industrial Business for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global objectives

  • Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape business strategies and optimize product positioning, pricing, and development strategies

  • Own and drive regional financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and market share, to ensure alignment with business goals

  • Define and execute regional product roadmaps to address market demands and achieve business objectives

  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to guide product innovation pipelines and support effective product launches in coordination with marketing and sales teams

  • Drive new customer acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing clients to expand the customer base across the EMEA region

  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts that balance profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen its market presence

  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations while establishing processes to drive operational excellence and compliance across the region

  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team by fostering collaboration, guiding their performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals
     

About You:
  • Over 10 years of experience in industrial markets, with demonstrated leadership in general management, product marketing, and business development roles

  • Industry expertise, particularly in fuses and renewable energy, is highly desirable

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in complex, competitive markets

  • Proven experience in onboarding and leading multi-national teams and working within a matrix organization

  • Strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market entry and new product launches

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (desirable but not mandatory), Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred but not required

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making

  • Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in German is highly advantageous

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including international trips
