The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Coordinator of Bids, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in our company’s success by managing and optimizing our participation in government procurement processes. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Coordinating and managing both direct and indirect bids to facilitate government purchases of our products.

• Preparing and reviewing bid documentation to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Analyzing market opportunities and trends to identify strategic bidding prospects.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and create compelling proposals.

• Monitoring the progress of submitted bids and evaluating outcomes to enhance future bidding strategies.

• Maintaining effective communication with distributors and government entities to ensure clarity in bid requirements.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.

• Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations related to government procurement.

• 2+ years of experience in bid coordination, procurement, or government contracting.

• Proficiency in Compranet and other relevant government purchasing platforms.

• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.

• Intermmediate English level

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for project management.

• Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.

• Proficiency in the English language is a plus.

Work location: Remote
