Get to Know the Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of B2B Marketing to lead marketing efforts for Voya’s Health(Employee Benefits) and Health Account Solutions businesses. This leader will play a critical role in driving growth by aligning marketing initiatives with the strategic priorities of these businesses in support of employees choosing and utilizing their workplace benefits and savings. The Health business includes our comprehensive employee benefits offerings, while Health Account Solutions encompasses HSAs, reimbursement arrangements, premium billing, and an integrated digital experience.

Reporting to the VP of Workplace Solutions B2B Marketing, this role will act as a strategic consultant to business stakeholders, proactively translating business needs into innovative, results-driven marketing strategies.

The Contributions You'll Make:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to ensure marketing strategies and initiatives align with the growth priorities of Voya’s Health and Health Account Solutions businesses.
  • Integrated Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting employers, intermediaries, and other stakeholders to enhance engagement, differentiation, and retention.
  • Workplace Benefits Strategy: Align marketing efforts to support a holistic workplace benefits approach, helping employees better understand and utilize their health benefits and savings options.
  • Innovative Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and execution of targeted, data-driven campaigns across digital, social, content, and traditional channels to achieve measurable results. This includes development of value propositions and corresponding message architecture.
  • Consultative Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to strengthen market presence and drive business growth through creative and tailored marketing solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Communications, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams to deliver seamless and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Leverage insights from customer feedback, analytics, and industry trends to inform strategy and enhance the myVoyage digital experience and related offerings.
  • Metrics & Insights: Define KPIs and leverage analytics to measure and optimize the impact of marketing initiatives. Continuously refine strategies based on performance data.
  • Research Agenda: Set a strategic research agenda to enable business strategy. Define the research brief and oversee execution, VOC surveys, user testing, campaign testing, etc.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience

  • Industry Expertise: 5+ year's experience in employee benefits, health accounts (HSAs, FSAs, HRAs), premium billing, and digital tools for benefits utilization.
  • Marketing Leadership: Proven success in leading B2B marketing initiatives, including campaign strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect business objectives with marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.
  • Team Management: Experience building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Digital Marketing: Proficiency in leveraging digital tools, data, and analytics to drive customer engagement and improve the digital benefits experience.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present strategies and results to executive leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across multiple business lines to deliver cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$153,370 - $191,710 USD
