Summary:
In this role, you will manage and oversee the Non-Acute Account Management growth of current clients within a defined territory. You will work closely with contracted supply partners and collaborate with internal stakeholders to lower clients’ supply cost, improve their operational efficiency, and increase their overall satisfaction with program. Individual should currently reside in GA, SC, NC, VA, WV, DC, or be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement non-acute sales initiatives within defined territory and achieve individual and team sales and revenue goals.
Promote and assist participants with the onboarding and ongoing account management of Provista’s non-acute programs.
Develop and manage relationships directly with clients along with non-acute suppliers, distributors within defined territory.
Work with client’s leadership across all Spend Management categories, to understand priorities and build a workplan that aligns Vizient solutions to help solve problems.
Drive value and grow the provider relationship through maximization of revenue growth.
Engage as a key participant in the development and execution of account plans, project plans and work plans by facilitating a collaborative process between client’s stakeholders and Vizient resources.
Conduct business reviews with supply chain, their executive leadership and other stakeholders to communicate roadmap progress, value delivered and future opportunities.
Maintain all sales activity within Salesforce.com.
Develop a diverse non acute pipeline 10x growth goals.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required. Experience in a sales and/or account management role strongly preferred.
Success in developing sales strategies, achieving revenue growth, and managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors.
In-depth knowledge of non-acute healthcare market, GPOs and supply chain dynamics, with the ability to analyze business priorities and deliver data-driven solutions.
Skilled in engaging stakeholders, presenting value-driven strategies, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.com and leveraging data for reporting, pipeline management, and identifying growth opportunities.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
