Senior Content Strategist

Ignite Visibility is a fast-growing and award-winning digital marketing agency at the innovation of creativity, technology, and data within the national to local digital marketing space. Our content team plays a critical role in shaping how we communicate with our audiences—and now we’re looking for a talented Sr. Content Strategist & Writer to lead the charge in creating compelling, high-impact, and data-driven content for national to local clients.

The Senior Content Strategist and Writer is responsible for owning and managing copy edits for various internal and external clients and industries daily.

Essential Functions

• Edit up to 8,000-10,000 words of content a day
• Review and edit all freelance writer work, ensuring all are of the highest quality 
• Ensure quality communication between team and writers
• Deliver all completed work to project managers and strategists
• Create client-specific content guidelines
• Assist in maintaining content guidelines up-to-date
• Collect content samples from active clients
• Attend client calls when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of editing experience with a focus on SEO writing best practices
• 4+ years of agency experience is desired
• BA in English, Journalism, Communication or a related field is desired
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Experience with Monday.com is a plus
