About the Client:

Job Summary: 

Reporting into the Director of Research and Digital the Data Specialist will be responsible to entering information into Salesforce from LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Signal Hire and other sources of data. They will transcribe data with a high level of accuracy and with a consistent turnaround time.

 

Job Responsibilities:


A. Data Entry / Data Integrity
  • Reviewing projects in LinkedIn and entering candidate profile information into Salesforce
  • Using tools such as ZoomInfo, Signal Hire, etc. to find contact information (phone, email) and adding that information to Salesforce
  • Has a understanding of Salesforce: how to create people and candidate records, creating organization records.

B. Database Management

  • Ensuring that duplicate records are not creating
  • Notifying Salesforce Admin when duplicate records are identified
  • Understanding consulting class year to properly add consultant profiles to Salesforce

 



Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce or LinkedIn is a plus 
  • Eager to learn, explore new ideas, and stay informed about industry trends, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with different communication styles effectively, and comfortable raising questions or concerns when needed.
  • Interpersonal skills, working well with others while maintaining a positive, helpful attitude. Ability to adapt behavior to a wide range of people.
  • Attention to Detail – ability to focus on small details and ensure that tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy.  
  • Results/Quality Orientation – sets high but achievable standards for self and others Seeks opportunities to improve process and outcomes. Constantly reviews performance to identify areas of development. 
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 8AM - 5PM EST
