Daily Tasks:
• Develop and execute strategies to recruit hard-to-fill positions, including PTs, PTAs, SLPs, OTs, and OTAs.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other innovative methods.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
Retention and Company Culture:
• Implement strategies to ensure staff retention and job satisfaction, reducing turnover rates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented company culture.
• Organize team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and regular feedback initiatives.
HR Operations and Performance Management:
• Create, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR and company operations.
• Design and manage performance review systems to ensure staff meet individual and company goals.
• Address and resolve employee concerns or conflicts professionally and promptly.
Staff Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to upskill staff.
• Develop onboarding processes that align with company values and ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Provide regular coaching and support to team members to enhance their performance and growth.
Growth and Operations Support:
• Support the company’s growth ambitions by aligning HR practices with long-term business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop a scalable organizational structure as we expand into multiple clinics.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment, employee performance, and HR initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
