Job description

  • Social Media Strategy & Management

    • Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with Dynamic Unicorns' ethos of "Do you in business."
    • Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and actively engage with the community on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Skool.
    • Monitor trends to adapt strategies for maximum engagement and growth.
    • Grow social media followers.
  • Content Creation & Branding

    • Create compelling, on-brand content for social media, email campaigns, and the website.
    • Produce/edit video content, blog posts, and downloadable resources to educate the community (free and paid).
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Community Engagement & Growth

    • Collaborate with the director to manage and grow the Skool community through engagement and discussions.
    • Develop and implement initiatives to drive participation, retain members, and provide value.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution

    • Plan and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns to boost awareness and conversions.
    • Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies for optimization.
    • Coordinate potential influencer collaborations, partnerships, and outreach.
  • Email Marketing & Automation

    • Design and execute on-brand email campaigns to nurture leads and build subscriber relationships.
    • Develop automated workflows for lead generation, onboarding, and engagement.
    • Analyze campaign data and recommend improvements.
    • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track KPIs across all marketing channels and provide actionable insights.
    • Prepare reports on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement trends.
    • Leverage data to inform future strategies.
  • Website & SEO Management

    • Collaborate with the director to optimize the website for conversions and align it with marketing campaigns.
    • Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and user experience.
    • Regularly update website content to keep it fresh and engaging.
  • Project Management & Collaboration

    • Work closely with the director to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
    • Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement proactively.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Event Promotion & Launch Support

    • Develop marketing plans for events, webinars, and community challenges.
    • Support service launches with strategic promotional efforts.
    • Ensure cohesive promotion across platforms for maximum impact.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation

    • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Introduce innovative marketing approaches and experiment with fresh ideas.
    • Adapt strategies to the evolving digital landscape.
