Job Description

As a Social Media Manager for this forward-thinking personal development company, you’ll be at the forefront of digital engagement and content creation. Your role will involve managing multiple social media platforms, crafting inspiring content that resonates with our spiritually-minded audience, and driving engagement through both organic and paid strategies. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, creating 2-3 posts per week with potential for increased frequency
  • Craft and manage email marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive conversions
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms to expand our reach and impact
  • Create visually appealing designs using Canva to enhance our social media presence and marketing materials
  • Actively engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful conversations
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to brainstorm content ideas and align on marketing strategies
  • Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for new product launches, including our upcoming e-commerce site
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, particularly those relevant to the personal development and spiritual guidance sector

Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously
  • Proficiency in paid social media advertising, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and best practices
  • Strong design skills, particularly with Canva, to create visually appealing content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for our spiritually-minded audience
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on social media metrics and campaign performance
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a flexible schedule

  • Ability to commit to a part-time role of 20 hours per week, with potential for full-time transition as the company grows
