Job Description

As our Administrative Assistant with a focus on Junior Marketing, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our agency’s growth and enhancing our digital marketing efforts.   • Craft compelling lead magnets that showcase our branding expertise and attract potential clients
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop and distribute eye-catching newsletters that keep our audience informed and engaged
  • Take charge of our social media presence, creating and managing content that reflects our agency’s creativity and expertise
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools like Scoreapps to design and implement high-converting landing pages
  • Identify and implement automation processes to enhance our operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness
  • Provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our growing agency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools, continuously expanding your skill set and contributing fresh ideas to our team


Requirements
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms and a keen understanding of email campaign best practices
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation strategies and nurturing processes in a B2B context
  • Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and content creation across various platforms
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and marketing tools rapidly
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content
  • Fundamental understanding of branding principles and their application in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design concepts and ability to work with provided templates (design skills not required but a plus)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant experience
