Job description

This is a remote position.

Role: Customer Support (Voice)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Texas time (6 hrs/day, 30 hrs/week)


Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries regarding open positions.
  • Call and screen new applicants to assess their qualifications and interest in available positions.
  • Associate suitable candidates with current job openings based on their skills and experience.
  • Post new job openings on job boards and company websites.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for positions.
  • Coordinate meet & greet sessions between applicants and current clients.
  • Guide candidates through the electronic application process and ensure all required documents are submitted.
  • Enter new hires into our HR system and facilitate the onboarding process.


Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage emails effectively and correspondence.
