Job description

Blue Rose Consulting is seeking a Scrum Master to support our federal client. This is a remote role located in Rosslyn, VA.

An Active Secret Security Clearance is required prior to starting work.

In this role you will:

  • Enable effective functioning of engineering and analytics teams
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Team
  • Remove barriers to successful project implementation
  • Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies
  • Report project progress via appropriate metrics
  • Support Scaled Agile Framework implementation

Candidates must:

  • Possess an Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, VA at least 2x per week
  • Basic proficiency in Scrum Methodology
  • Understanding of Agile Methodology
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in technology project management
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework
  • Certification in Scrum Master practices

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
