Job description

The role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help us shape the future of our AI Support Platform specifically designed for products and devices at Mavenoid. In this role, you’ll work with our experienced team to launch impactful features, gather and act on user feedback, and ensure the product delivers value to customers while meeting business goals.

You’ll collaborate across teams, from engineers and designers to sales and customer success, to turn ideas into solutions. If you’ve shipped and managed live products, enjoy working in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment, and are passionate about solving real problems with cutting-edge tech, this role could be for you.

In your first month, you will
  • Complete onboarding, learn our tools and processes, and start building relationships with your team
  • Learn the product in and out, ask a lot of questions and create your first “friction log
  • Study trends and form an initial view of the industry and “ideal customer" profile" we’re serving
  • Begin reaching out to our customers to gather insights and schedule feedback sessions

  • In your first three months, you will
  • Lead your first product initiative, working closely with designers and engineers to deliver improvements
  • Define and implement a plan to measure user and customer satisfaction across key touchpoints
  • Join multiple customer meetings to understand their needs and challenges, with relation to what you’re building
  • Gain a solid understanding of relevant AI concepts to enable deep discussions with engineers and tech stakeholders
  • Form the hypotheses and kick-off the discovery for 1 or 2 future product initiatives

  • In your first six months, you will
  • Become the go-to expert for all product questions related to the digital assistant and flow builder
  • Lead the launch of a key initiative, such as Generative + Guided Mode and/or Multimodal Support, ensuring its adoption and delivering measurable impact for customers
  • Enhance the admin experience for managing self-service assistants; reduce time to go live and simplify maintenance
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities to strengthen our future digital and multimodal self-service offering

  • Responsibilities
  • Understand customer problems through research and regular direct interactions. Keep an eye on competitors to identify areas for differentiation or improvement. Monitor relevant industry trends
  • Shape product strategy for our digital and multimodal self-service offering
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. Provide strategic context and tactical support throughout the product delivery process
  • Use metrics, feedback, and small datasets to make informed decisions and validate product hypotheses
  • Collaborate with PMM, sales and customer success on go-to-market plan to ensure product adoption. Help communicate product value, assist in demos, support customer onboarding and rollouts
  • Handle ad hoc questions and challenges, from clarifying designs to helping cusomer success teams with updates in prep for customer calls

  • Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally in a SaaS startup or scaleup. You’ve shipped and managed live products with thousands of users
  • Strong “customer empathy” muscle: you’ve spent time engaging directly with customers and users, understanding their needs, and turning those insights into actionable solutions
  • Prioritisation skills: able to balance tactical improvements with strategic opportunities
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - designers, engineers, customer success, sales, legal, and data protection - to deliver high-quality, relevant products
  • Comfortable using data and qualitative feedback to make decisions, without falling into analysis paralysis
  • Technical fluency: confident discussing technical concepts with engineers, understanding constraints and trade-offs, and navigating technical discussions effectively
  • Design sense: you have an eye for delightful design, with a deep understanding of design patterns
  • Strong writing skills: you communicate clearly and concisely - with or without ChatGPT;) - in remote and async work environments.
  • It’s a plus if you have:
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications and practical experience building AI products
  • Previous experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly with larger enterprise customers
  • Required profile
