Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator with strong business acumen and a passion for maintaining data integrity. The ideal candidate will be adept in managing operational systems, resolving sync errors, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms such as HubSpot, NetSuite, and Salesforce. Familiarity with data cleansing tools like Data Groomer, Cause IQ, or similar platforms is essential. This role will work closely with all departments and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Collaboration with finance, administration, and the C-suite will be a critical component of this position. This is a fully remote position, Eastern Standard hours 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the integrity of DonorSearch’s databases across HubSpot, NetSuite, Salesforce, Celigo and other integrated systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve sync errors between systems, ensuring timely and accurate data flow.  Proven experience with Celigo or similar is preferred.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain high-quality and reliable datasets.
  • Utilize tools like Data Groomer, Cause IQ, Salesloft to cleanse, deduplicate, and enrich data across platforms.
  • Collaborate with all departments, including finance, administration, and the C-suite, to align database strategies with organizational goals and metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports to evaluate database performance and integrity.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices for data handling and system usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in database management with HubSpot, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with systems like CPQ, Salesforce Billing, Churn Zero, Zen Desk, Jira, Celigo are a plus. 
  • Expertise in resolving sync errors and ensuring cross-system compatibility.
  • Familiarity with data cleansing tools such as Data Groomer or similar services.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational workflows and ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
