This position is Remote to work with a US Company; you will require a Citizenship or work permit in Costa Rican to apply for this role.

We are looking for full-time Inbound Sales Representatives to join our team. This role does not involve cold calling; you'll assist customers who contact us with storage needs. Your job is to reserve the best storage unit that fits your needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma
  • High proficiency in English 
  • Prior experience in Customer Service and Sales

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist customers in selecting storage solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Provide accurate information about the storage units, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Sales experience: Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

 Job Specifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers over the phone.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications or similar tools.
  • Ability to pass any applicable pre-employment checks (e.g., background screening).
  • Availability to work weekends as required.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • This is a WFH position; the candidate will need an appropriate setup to work from home (Internet-- work-appropriate environment related to noise and focus).
  • Work is for 5 days a week, which could include weekends.
