We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our Stockholm team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for a current student pursuing studies in finance who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
This position offers a flexible schedule of 8 hours per week, with the convenience of setting your own hours, and includes a fixed monthly payment.

Our technology helps our clients to better collect, manage, and distribute their own customers' content, also known as User Generated Content (UGC).

You will be a part of a young, international and entrepreneurial environment. The finance team at Flowbox continuously assesses and evaluates the company's financial performance in relation to operational goals, budgets, and forecasts. The team also drives the company's financial strategy and planning.
Flowbox is in the midst of entering the next phase of expansion. As an Account Receivable Assistant at Flowbox, you will be supporting the finance team in their daily activities.

On a daily basis, you’ll also have the opportunity to assist with various daily tasks to support the finance team as needed, so the role might develop!
Here at Flowbox all teams are cross-functional, so you will work closely with other teams like Sales and Customer Success regarding accounting related questions.
We value soft skills over hard skills, therefore it’s a big plus if you have a lot of drive and “let’s make it happen” attitude 😊 You will be working closely with the finance and Customer Success teams in the company, so relationship-building skills will come handy. This role implies a lot of freedom and decision-making, so we are looking for someone who is autonomous and ready to take ownership.
