Position Title: Junior QA Automation Engineer

What you will be doing:

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering high-quality code, automated testing, and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of quality software, employing the latest testing tools, techniques, and best practices. Your responsibilities include:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test automation strategies.
Focus on delivering quality code to production environments while adhering to best practices in automated testing.
Identify and remove roadblocks, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery.
Utilize web application concepts like CSS, HTML, XML, and JSON in the testing process.
Apply testing frameworks and libraries such as Cucumber and TestNG for Java.
Conduct cross-browser automation to ensure consistency in user experience across platforms.
Work with content management systems (CMS) as part of the testing process.
Employ Agile methodologies to streamline testing and development cycles.
Stay updated with automated testing tools, programming languages, and new technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

4-6 years of strong experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
Proficiency in web development concepts such as CSS, HTML, XML, and JSON.
Experience with testing frameworks like Cucumber and TestNG for Java.
Familiarity with cross-browser automation and content management systems.
Strong understanding of software testing techniques and QA processes.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure.
