The person appointed to this position will be based in Germany and will report to the relevant Regional Sales Director. Responsibilities will include managing sales and marketing activities within our various distribution partners, train and support distribution sales teams and conduct joint customer meetings with distribution partners. The person needs to be self-driven and highly motivated with an extensive knowledge of the semiconductor sales process.

Key responsibilities

  • Foster and grow relationships with all distribution partners
  • Manage sales and marketing activity within distribution partners
  • Work with Nordic sales management to define and communicate sales targets to distribution partners 
  • Prepare and present sales and system training to distribution partners
  • In collaboration with distribution partners present Nordic wireless solutions to end customers
  • Report sales progress on a regular basis to Nordic Sales management team
  • Conduct regular distribution business reviews with the support of the Regional Sales Director
  • Frequent travel to distribution locations in the territory
  • Assume a limited number of key customer account management roles when needed

Key Qualifications

  • A Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline is preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Good presentation and communication skills are mandatory
  • At least 3 years proven sales experience in Semiconductors
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
