RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation Management:

·         Design and implementation of compensation policies.

·         Implementation of job and salary structures in Brazil and the USA.

·         Conducting salary surveys and market benchmarking, using relevant data to adjust compensation packages.

·         Implementation of short- and long-term incentive policies focused on retaining key talent and achieving the company’s proposed results.

·         Implementation of sales commission policies.

·         Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, including taxes and labor laws.

Global Mobility:

·         Manage the international mobility of employees, including temporary transfers, permanent relocations, and talent relocation.

·         Develop and review global mobility policies aligned with the company’s strategy, considering tax, legal, cultural, and financial aspects for relocated employees.

·         Manage compensation packages for relocated employees, including salary, benefits, and retirement plans.

·         Provide guidance on matters related to immigration, work visas, taxes, and benefits.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 

MUST HAVE:

·         Advanced/Fluent English (will be tested in the interview)

·         Knowledge of compensation policies including Brazil and US

 

NICE TO HAVE:

·         Knowledge of payroll and labor legislation in the United States

·         Knowledge PTO e 401k

·         Knowledge in additional languages: Especially Spanish

·         Understanding of visa processes and their distinctions
