As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and hire high-performing talents at all levels for IT Labs, with a focus on the US, European, and Latin American markets. You'll work closely with various company departments including HR, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Prospecting, and senior management.
In this role, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process, drive hiring strategies across multiple regions, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. Your playground will be truly global, covering key tech hubs in Europe, the US, and Latin America.

Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT-related roles both on a local and international scale, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Collaborate with external technical partners to source top talent.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize ATS tools such as Workable for candidate management and tracking.
- Utilize technical and personality testing tools like Hackerrank and Criteria Corp for candidate assessment.
- Adapt to a dynamic environment and high volume of active roles, remaining flexible and proactive in sourcing and recruiting efforts.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' experience and cultural fit.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system.
- Propose ideas and participate in employer branding initiatives to increase company visibility in the job market.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate recruiting metrics, making recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment in the IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting on an international scale, with a focus on US, Europe, and LATAM markets
- Experience collaborating with external technical partners and internal stakeholders to drive global recruitment strategies
- Proficiency in ATS tools such as Workable (or similar) and experience with technical and personality testing tools like Hackerrank and Criteria Corp
- Demonstrating an innovative mindset with a passion for keeping up with new trends and technologies in talent acquisition, and a track record of implementing them effectively across diverse markets
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes in multiple regions
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and meeting international hiring goals
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, global environment
- Highly fluent in both written and spoken English; additional language skills (particularly Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus
- Understanding of employment laws and recruitment practices in US, European, and LATAM markets
- Experience in managing time zone differences and coordinating recruitment efforts across multiple regions
