Lead a High-Performing Enrolments Team

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Enrolments Manager to oversee and enhance enrolment strategies in a dynamic online higher education environment. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth, fostering collaboration across global teams, and ensuring the highest standards of sales enablement and performance.

Your Mission
To lead and develop a high-performing enrolments team, working closely with prestigious university partners to ensure outstanding student growth and satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like
(Responsibilities & Structure of this Role)

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Head of Enrolments to develop sales strategies, OKRs, and plans for achieving high-performance growth.
  • Team Management: Oversee a diverse team of sales professionals across regions, including South Africa and the UK, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key university partners to align enrolment strategies with their objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Work with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and messaging to support the enrolments team.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver sales training programs to equip the team with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor sales performance metrics and OKRs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales processes with organisational goals.
