Job description

Full-Time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) Needed in California

We’re breaking barriers in mental health care by offering compassionate, science-based virtual solutions. Our model delivers targeted care to individuals across the spectrum of need, ensuring effective support for even the most complex cases.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Impact in This Role:

  • Conduct weekly therapy sessions for adults through live video, addressing diverse emotional needs.
  • Use clinical tools to track progress and tailor treatment plans.
  • Complete documentation efficiently via a user-focused platform.
  • Collaborate with leadership for clinical support when required.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with benefits

Requirements

Preferred Background:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC); multiple state licenses are a bonus.
  • At least one year of independent practice experience post-licensure.
  • Proficiency in CBT or similar evidence-based interventions.
