The Field Operations Specialist (FOS) is responsible for the service experience of “Chairs” (paid contractors who lead Member Groups). The FOS is the “go-to” representative for our 100+ “Chairs” as they assist in the logistics, delivery, and execution of 1,000+ Member Meetings around the globe each year. The FOS will interface with Chairs daily and ultimately deliver a gold standard of service at all interactions to reflect the company's commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Collaboration: Actively contributes to team efforts by sharing relevant information and supporting colleagues. Demonstrates a helpful attitude, fostering an environment of teamwork and open communication.
• Organization and Planning: Effectively manages multiple priorities and competing demands, ensuring timely delivery. Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks, focusing efforts on the most critical objectives.

TECHNOLOGY:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred
DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience interacting with ultra-high net worth clientele
• 5+ years of experience in events/consulting/project management/customer service
