Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Communications & Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives in the broadcast and media technology sector. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our brand visibility and supporting our customer acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Google Search, Webinars, Email Marketing, X )

• Create and manage compelling content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, blog posts, and video scripts

• Coordinate webinar programs and digital events to showcase our broadcast solutions

• Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters using marketing automation tools

• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing materials and support lead generation

• Track and analyze marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot

• Support the organization of industry trade shows and events

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or broadcast industry

• Proven track record in digital marketing and content creation

• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus, Spanish or Italian)

• Experience with social media management and email marketing campaigns

• Analytical mindset with experience in marketing metrics and reporting

• Project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of broadcast, media, or technology industry

• Experience with WordPress and content management systems

• Familiarity with video production and editing

• Understanding of SEO principles

• Experience with webinar organization and execution
