Job description

At Collective Health, we’re transforming how employers and their people engage with their health benefits by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge technology, compassionate service, and world-class user experience design.

As Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Collective Health, you will be responsible for managing our team of Regional Vice Presidents. You will employ effective selling strategies to position Collective Health as an alternative to traditional TPA and benefits solutions.

If you are a proven sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow and execute against significant revenue opportunities while making a positive impact on the healthcare industry, you are a perfect fit for Collective Health.

What you'll do:
  • Build, lead, inspire, and manage a world class enterprise sales organization to penetrate mid-sized and large self-insured enterprise accounts — the primary target being self-funded organizations with 1000 - 5000 employees.
  • Hire and retain top talent while continuing to mentor and grow an existing sales organization
  • Think empathetically and act consultatively (challenger seller mentality) with prospective customers to position Collective Health as a "must have" benefit solution. Rapidly evolve the sales process, customer support, and cycle based on market feedback and success
  • Serve as a conduit to the operations, product, and marketing teams for customer and prospect feedback to ensure continuous, rapid improvement of the company's products and offerings
  • Personify and drive an ambitious, high performing sales culture which can aggressively and consistently achieve and surpass revenue targets
  • Evaluate existing commercial organizations to continuously improve processes, metrics, and goals that define success, measure performance, and drive successful sales behavior. This includes setting sales team strategy and designing and executing sales coverage (strategic accounts, territories, geographies, etc), sales process, sales compensation, training/enablement, and customer success
  • Function as a hands on, engaged executive level sales person, actively engaging with customers and partners to close opportunities and resolve issues constructively and with other members of the management team. This position will require significant travel and an intense focus on helping your team get deals across the finish line.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • 10-15 experience working in the healthcare insurance ecosystem either for a consultant/broker, carrier or technology vendor, with 8-10 years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Exceptional leadership, management, sales process, strategic thinking, execution, and organizational skills are essential -- along with personal commitment and passion for the role, market, and product
