Job description

cBEYONData is seeking a Business System Analyst to support our federal client in their financial management applications.

Respond to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users
Provide in-person, phone or email assistance to customers in response to calls on specific client business applications (e.g. DAI Oracle Financials, OBIEE)
Ensure a timely process through which problems are controlled - includes problem resolution, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps
Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
Perform accounting reconciliation in DAI
Perform root cause analysis and create solution alternatives
Create and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in general information technology
Bachelors degree
Experience in ERP systems is preferred (e.g. Oracle Financials)
Must be skilled in oral communications and demonstrate positive customer relations techniques
Active Secret clearance or ability to achieve
