About the Role

As a Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing Salt Security customers. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of Salt Security's groundbreaking solution within enterprise organizations. Your mission is to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals that propel our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, driving expansion and renewals.
  • Forecast of current customer health + renewal health + expansion of executive relationships specifically with CISO titles.
  • Identify and cultivate key decision-maker relationships within organizations.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
  • Able to demonstrate utilizing relationships internally to reduce risk and communicate plan of action.
  • Collaborate with customer success, support, product, finance, operations, and occasionally sales engineering  teams to drive deal closure.
  • Provide accurate and timely renewal forecasting to include risk, upsell, and price increase for assigned accounts.
  • Consistently drive customers to value realization.
  • Foster strong relationships with channel and alliance partners to expand market reach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years in enterprise or mid-market software sales or account management, preferably within cybersecurity.
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and ability to navigate the buying and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills between Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to make a significant impact.
