About the Role:

As a Recruiting Manager, G&A at Motive, you will partner with our G&A teams and leaders along with Employer Branding and People and Places teams to find the top talent in the market. Our Talent function has leveled up in a major way this year and we collectively aim to take it even higher. You will be a key player in driving this team who has ideally worked in a startup/dynamic environment and enjoy building teams and identifying amazing talent that is ready to do the best work of their careers. What You'll Do:
  • Partner closely with the hiring managers to understand priority roles, position profile, and search calibration

  • Full-cycle recruitment (searching/sourcing, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams

  • Manage hiring managers expectations and develop processes around interviewing and enhancing pipeline visibility to ensure the stakeholders are up to date

  • Brainstorm innovative sourcing strategies and constantly work towards identifying sustainable talent pool streams

  • Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process, find and remove any bottlenecks

  • Work closely with your direct manager, our VP of Recruiting as well as other stakeholders, in creating, presenting and identifying KPIs and reports for the key stakeholders

  • Plan procedures for improving candidate experience

  • Provide leadership to the team and coach/ mentor direct reports

  • Participate/Lead local and global recruiting/ HR projects.

  • Utilize data for your data driven approaches, whether it's providing updates to hiring managers re: their roles, or presenting status updates to other internal meetings.

What We're Looking For:
  • 7+ years of Diverse Recruiting experience especially G&A/ CS/Tech recruiting ideally in a startup/hyper growth environment
  • Past people/ team management experience is essential
  • You are a natural people person that thrives on building a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • You have a strong understanding of the current technology landscape of Pakistan in particular
  • You enjoy challenges and problem solving on a daily basis adopting a data centric approach
  • You have a strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers by providing exceptional stakeholders management experience
  • You have exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit to work in a fast-paced environmentYou are an effective influencer, with great communication and interpersonal skills
