Overview:
Business Network Consulting (BNC) has an immediate need for a part-time, hourly Corporate Talent Sourcer to join our team. This position is primarily a work-from-home role and is responsible for specific hires in both our Denver and Dallas locations.
This is an ideal position for an experienced corporate or agency sourcer who is seeking a flexible, stable environment where they can flex the number of hours they work in any particular month.
Our leadership in the IT consulting industry is predicated on employing the best talent in the market. As a result, our Corporate Talent Sourcer works with BNC’s Corporate Recruiter to conduct active outbound research on candidates for consideration through various online and networking channels, providing such prospects to the Corporate Recruiter for further consideration.
At BNC we support the entire IT infrastructure for mid-size companies. Our staff of seasoned systems engineers are responsible for designing, deploying, and then supporting the IT environments of our customers. They also serve as high-level consultants, providing strategic direction and guidance for our clients. So, you will not just be recruiting IT professionals, you will be recruiting high-end IT consultants. There is a difference!
Responsibilities:
As our Corporate Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for working with BNC’s Corporate Recruiter to refine candidate sourcing strategies and conduct online research for proper candidates through BNC’s recruiting tools. This information will be used by BNC’s Corporate Recruiter to assess candidates, determine the best fit for the role and conduct preliminary interviews for the hiring manager.
You will have the full support of BNC's hiring managers to accurately define each open position and the necessary hard and soft skills required to be successful within the organization. You will be responsible for proactively searching for potential candidates via Linkedin, Indeed and other similar resources. You will be responsible for updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to accurately reflect candidates and statuses in which you identify.
You will use your experience to fully utilize a variety of sourcing channels and techniques to meet the staffing requirements of the business.
Qualifications:
Previous experience sourcing for challenging-to-place positions is required.
- Associates (2 year) degree at a minimum
- Minimum 2 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience employing creative sourcing methods via networking, organizations, internet sourcing, referrals, social media and direct recruiting
- Good understanding of technology used in today's business world
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and manage candidates
- Ability to excel in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- iCIMS or other Application Tracking System experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional oral/written/persuasive communication and negotiation skills
“Nice to Haves”
- LinkedIn or AIRS certification highly desired but proven experience with LinkedIn recruiter acceptable
COMPENSATION
As BNC’s Candidate Sourcer, you will be paid an hourly rate of $20 - $30 with a minimum number of hours guaranteed each week (5-10 hours is the initial target range) but ability to flex from there is desired.
LOCATION
This position can be based in either the Denver or Dallas/Fort Worth area but is entirely work-from-home on a day-to-day basis, with some minimal travel to the local office to visit with the team.
