Position Title:
SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Analyst/Configurator
Position Overview:
CuraScript SD a wholesale pharmaceutical distributor that provides customized business solutions and access to specialty drugs to community physicians, specialty pharmacies, and health systems; it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Evernorth – a Cigna Company.
CuraScript SD is seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP extended warehouse management (EWM)/Receive to Ship (RTS) analyst/configurator to join its technology team. This role will be supporting the SAP S4/HANA cloud ERP implementation/solution.
Responsibilities:
- Configure S4/EWM modules, screens, and rules to meet business and functional requirements
- Align EWM solutions to enterprise business and IT strategic initiatives
- Lead/facilitate workshops to gather/document business requirements
- Analyze business process needs and assess impacts to existing functionalities
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and specifications; identify configuration and development needs
- Ensure requirements are traceable from business all the way through UAT
- Work closely with development team on clarifying business/functional requirements for identified WRICEF objects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues
- Work with business and IT team to prioritize and plan implementation of changes
- Expand and maintain update-to-date functional knowledge relating to SAP functionality and associated business processes
- Log/track problem and development requests including message handling and dispatching, resolution tracking, and problem escalation
- Ensure system changes (i.e. solution updates, WRICEF development, configurations) are properly tested
Functional SAP Experience:
- 7+ years of SAP HANA logistics experience (EWM, Kitting, R/3, Trade, Billing, Outputs, Labels)
- 7+ years of experience in EWM; preferably worked on 1 EWM implementation project in some capacity
- 2+ years of configuration experience in S/4 HANA Cloud
- 7+ years of configuration experience in SAP ECC
- Experience with IoT and RF scanning devices
- Familiar with Serialization set-up and support
- Understanding of integration and relationships between SAP modules, as they relate to SC, SD, LO, MM and FICO
- Strong integration knowledge among SD, MM, FI processes, master data as well as integrating external systems such as Tracelink
Overall Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 7+ years of experience in documenting/managing requirements (business, functional, and nonfunctional) and translating them into system supported solutions.
- Experienced with CPI, SAP Activate, Testing, and Solution Manager
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities
- Must work well both independently and in a team environment
- Team player with exceptional oral and written communication skills
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with weight scales
- Experience in supply chain management preferred
- Experience in wholesale pharmaceutical distribution or life sciences preferred
- Prior SAP implementation/upgrade experience and best practice knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of any TMS module preferred
- Knowledge of DSCSA federal requirement preferred
- Prior SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, Confluence experience a plus
- Prior ShipERP implementation a plus
