Job Description:

As a Growth Manager at Cloudstaff, you are at the forefront of enhancing our client relationships and organic growth. Your role involves in-depth knowledge of client operations, collaborative account planning, and will define you as the trusted advisor for client HR, recruitment and growth. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction and help achieve our ‘why statement’ of helping businesses grow.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Client Knowledge and Engagement: Develop a profound understanding of your clients' business operations, challenges, and staffing needs. You’ll get to know a client’s organization chart and help ideate to help develop relationships at both operational and executive levels.
  • Strategic Account Management: Employ mutual account planning and account sales planning tools to systematically approach growth. Regularly update and seek cross-functional feedback to refine these strategies to help you hit your defined growth KPIs.
  • Recruitment and Process Optimization: Be directly responsible for client recruitment, from raising and tracking Job Requests in our CS jobs system to guiding clients swiftly through the hiring, ensuring a high fill rate and low average time to fill. Be an advocate for the client and recruitment processes that could be further streamlined.
  • Cross-functional Recommendations: Collaborate with recruiters, subject matter experts, and clients to ensure alignment on complex Job Requests, presenting strategies that showcase your knowledge of the client’s business and their staffing plans.
  • Innovation and Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities for process, training, and offering enhancements. Advocate for these improvements by voicing them in strategy sessions and implementation plans.
  • Staff insights: Act as a leader for staff relations in your engaged portfolio. This involved regular staff check-ins, understanding upskilling and training requirements, attendance and performance coaching, career advice and retention risk assessments. Relationships with staff should also be fostered to provide growth referrals and insights to inform your account strategies.
  • Revenue growth: Innovate and identify upsell opportunities, mastering our value-add product messaging and solution selling techniques. Provide regular client growth strategy updates to the growth and leadership team


Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Net Seats: Calculated as the number of new seats added minus seats lost without replacement.
  • Engagement Cadence: Regular interactions with all clients, with comprehensive tracking of communications recorded as actions HubSpot in alignment with cadences agreed with your team leader
  • Customer Satisfaction: Assessed through Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer vibe surveys, along with the efficient resolution or escalation of customer issues.
  • Customer Growth: Achieved through strategic account planning and effective use of the growth toolkit.
  • Disengagement protection: leveraging your insights from engaged staff to flag potential disengagement risks
  • Supporting Job Request (JR) Close Rate and Forecast: Collaborate with growth leaders and recruitment teams to enhance the fill speed, fill rate and predictability of recruitment outcomes.
