The Global Talent Operations team is looking for you, an experienced specialist in the Colombian market, who will share our common goal of making the company better by matching the right people with the right opportunities. As a Recruiter, you will perform a strategic role as a staffing consultant and contact point for our Delivery. You will also act as a Staffing Lead for several teams with full-cycle recruitment responsibilities, including preliminary consulting, further recruiting strategy, and actual implementation.

We are considering candidates from all locations in Colombia.

IF YOU ARE

  • A holder of a bachelor's degree or higher
  • An expert Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in Software Companies
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems in terms of sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
  • A fast learner who easily adapts to changing business needs
  • A result-oriented, effective, and motivated Recruiter who puts candidate experience at the forefront
  • Motivated about managing customer/partner expectations
  • Strongly professional in consultancy
  • Proven track record of attracting top talent through value-driven approaches and promoting Total Rewards over salary focus
  • In-depth knowledge of the Colombian and LATAM job markets, including talent availability and competitive landscape
  • Experience in managing recruitment budgets and driving results within financial constraints
  • Strong background in stakeholder management, negotiation, and creating positive candidate experiences
  • Communicating recruiting achievements and providing updates to all stakeholders at an Upper Intermediate level of English (B2+)

  • Lead recruitment efforts for senior and complex roles, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Colombian and LATAM talent markets, including trends, competitor analysis, and regional dynamics

  • Efficiently manage and optimize recruitment budgets to achieve maximum ROI
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to align recruitment strategies with business needs
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through creative sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
