Culinary Business Development Specialist (REMOTE)

Culinary Business Development Specialist (REMOTE/TRAVEL) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client.

• Pay Rate: $40-44/hr
• REMOTE
• Travel: 50% nationwide, covered expenses
• Occasional weekend OT for events

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for supporting New Business Development manager with product demo/sales meetings, to obtain new business.
• This responsibility includes New business development specialist to understanding customers’ direction and developing sales strategies based on the customers’ needs, identifying new business opportunities for technologies and product offerings, and collaborating with company product and engineering teams to provide the product offerings.
• There will be training for this role to help demonstrate products
• This person is responsible for getting new sales with new customers
  

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts is required.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand a vast array of food service products and solutions
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Effective negotiation and presentation skills 
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience in working with multiple levels of management, internally and externally
• Pro-active promotion and cross-team collaboration with multiple groups and factory domains
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with different cultures to meet the desired business result.
• Ability to quickly identify a match between customer product requirements.
• Project leadership of international teams (both internally and externally) a major plus
• Strong written and oral communication capabilities, are required.
• Ability to make major presentations to high-level internal and external contacts a must.
• 50% travel required, mostly domestic, working in weekends occasionally are required.
