Power BI Developer

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Power BI Developer for a project with our global client in the manufacturing industry. The professional will support the business with proficient Power BI dashboards and providing consultation for citizen developers. Centralise PBI reporting efforts and skillset.

Requirements for the Power BI Developer:

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI, MS SQL Server, SSIS, and Agile-Scrum.
• Strong business analyst mindset with experience in data analysis and modelling, and the ability to translate business requirements into Microsoft BI solutions.
• Experience with SQL Server, and ETL processes.
• Experience in the manufacturing domain and data warehousing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and/or fix Power BI reports based on requests, ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicate with business partners and departmental stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain BI solutions using the Microsoft technology stack, including Tabular models for efficient querying and data analysis.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft BI features and best practices, implementing them as appropriate to enhance BI solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our Microsoft BI infrastructure, while leading BI initiatives and providing technical leadership.
