The O pportunity

You will have the opportunity to carry out development and support activities and manage the relationship with the banks commercial network, manage the relationship with the customer from the initial proposal to post-sales. There will be transversal activities with the other internal structures and departments which are linked to the activation of the contract, the management and installation of the POS and the customer care activities on both the commercial and after-sales sides. You will be able to get to know Worldline's products and services in depth and understand the commercial dynamics that are developed and disseminated by our network. A 360° commercial experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new merchants with small and medium-sized volumes (Business and SME) in the BNL, DESIO, FUCINO, CREDEM account holders market and in the open market;
• Maintenance and development of the volumes of BNL, DESIO, FUCINO, CREDEM customers and of the portfolio already equipped with POS service;
• Commercial assistance to the BNL, DESIO, FUCINO, CREDEM network in order to maintain, develop and acquire new volumes through the BNL, DESIO, FUCINO, CREDEM network;
• Implementation of training and coaching consultancy activities on the product supplied for the BNL, DESIO, FUCINO, CREDEM sales network;
• Monthly monitoring of the performance of the managed customer portfolio in terms of growth and profitability;
• Analysis and development projections at the territory level
