The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Business Partner to join the Technology & Operations HR team at Worldline. As a trusted partner, you will play a key role in supporting managers and teams within a fast-paced multinational environment where every day brings unique challenges.

You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities and will significantly contribute to the success of our organization, mostly focusing on our French scope. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of payments.

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Business Support: Support and drive managers in their daily personnel management activities and support the development of their teams.
  • Strategic Advisory: Anticipate and advise division and subdivision heads on best organizational practices.
  • Talent Management: Invest in talent development through roll-out of the People Review and its action plans, and prepare succession plans.
  • Employee Lifecycle Coordination: Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to career development, including compensation measures.
  • Compensation Management: Provide daily support in managing both individual and collective compensation-related issues.
  • Performance Evaluations: Drive objective setting and performance evaluation exercises and their action plans.
  • Workforce Planning: Assist managers with workforce planning, personnel management, and KPI interpretation.
  • HR Process Implementation: Locally implement HR processes and policies from the group, considering French legal requirements and HR culture.
  • HR Projects: Proactively engage in HR projects and initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, covering both technical and general issues, ideally in the payments or tech industry.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate dynamism and adaptability.
  • Easily integrate into a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Are motivated and passionate about challenges and change.
  • Are autonomous and detail-oriented.
  • Are proficient in computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Are fully proficient in French and English.
