Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work US shifts and is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for the T4H Division of NetCom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audience segments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and tools.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
