Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying Target Accounts: Research and compile lists of potential clients matching our ideal customer profile.
  • Executing Cold Outreach: Utilise emails, calls, and LinkedIn to initiate engaging conversations with prospects.
  • Maximizing LinkedIn: Leverage the founder's LinkedIn activity and connections to engage with and nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Conducting Discovery Calls: Facilitate initial conversations to understand prospects' needs and qualify them as potential leads.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Set up follow-up calls and transfer qualified leads to the founder for the next steps in the sales process.
  • Log activity consistently and reliably in CRM (Hubspot)
  • Support the founder at relevant trade shows and events (3-4 a year)
  • Learn and understand the product whilst keeping up to date with the product roadmap.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, or SDR role (preferably within agency or marketing services).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and prospecting capabilities.
  • Experience with LinkedIn for professional outreach and relationship management.
  • A proven track record of overcoming objections and effectively qualifying leads.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
